Founder Julian Leddington brings experience in kinesiology, public administration, youth athletics, personal training, coaching, ministry, and community leadership to a mission focused on healthier people and stronger communities.

His leadership philosophy is simple: practical knowledge, positive relationships, consistent support, and meaningful opportunity can help young people and families thrive.
